OUR SOCIAL WINGS
Empowering communities through various outreach programmes is the focus of NSS,SRCC. These wings do the same and believe in the core value of "you before me".
SOCIAL SUPPORT
Under this wing, we emotionally connect with the society by supporting physically challenged students, organizing donation drives, visiting old age homes, orphanages, cancer hospitals, autism centers, etc. We volunteer as scribes to differently abled students of our college for various examinations. The aim of this wing is to help them achieve their dreams and create beautiful memories with them.
SOCIAL EMPOWERMENT WING
This Wing primarily focuses on gender sensitization and promoting mental health awareness among the youth. It also prioritizes on upliftment of the oblivious sections of the society. 'Living Out Loud' is a series of stories celebrating love and pride. Through these stories we endeavour to create, a more inclusive and less hetero-normative society.
SOCIAL HEALTH
This wing organizes various camps such as the blood donation camp, eye check up camp, workshops and sessions on mental health and other diseases, social media campaigns for spreading awareness, medicine donation drive and many such activities that help make healthcare more accessible and affordable.
ENVIRONMENT WING
When it comes to social service we can’t forget our environment which provides us everything. This wing contributes towards spreading awareness among people about importance and protection of environment. We conduct cleanliness drives, anti-pollution drives and educate the masses about the need to protect environment through street plays and flash mobs.

TECHNICAL AND MARKETING WING
Marketing & Technical wing has the primary responsibility to fulfil technical requirements such as designing posters, flexes and videos of different events & seminars and promoting the same through various marketing strategy. Also, in this age of digitalisation we aim to inculcate basic technical skill among different section of our community including our wing members.
FINANCE AND OUTREACH WING
Finance and outreach wing raises the required funds for all the ongoing projects and fests of National Service Scheme.
This is the backbone of the society without which functioning of different wings is difficult.
Work includes calling potential sponsors and convincing them to collaborate with us.
This wing gives you exposure and experience of calling corporates.
As a part of NSS you will get a chance to work for social cause too, visit NGOs, etc.
The research and editorial wing publishes newsletters and Annual Magazine, PRERNA, addressing a plethora of issues. Beyond this we released a weekly fb series. The members are given an exposure of different writing styles however, they enjoy the autonomy in choosing their style of writing.
Creative and Organzing Wing is a combination of creativity and social care. The Wing primarily focuses on contribution through the means of skills and competencies of it's members. It also conducts various outdoor social activities and plays significant role in contribution towards the NSS Fest.

Logistics and Management Wings are the backbone of NSS, SRCC. While other wings work rigorously for directly impacting the society, these wings facilitate their working and are crucial to the running of the society.
