Ms. Kuljeet Kaur is the guiding light for NSS, SRCC who ensures we have ample opportunities to serve, learn and grow. She has been awarded with a number of awards and titles in the field of sports including Gold medal in Hammer Throw at 18th Asia Master Athletics Championship, Japan. Her zeal and determination inspire the whole team to be better at everything we do. Her encouragement and guidance helps us to work selflessly towards community service.

Shivansh Raj, one of the happiest and most cheerful souls you will ever come across. With his sparkling and bubbly personality, he can literally make you smile even in the worst of times. His open-mindedness makes him a very approachable and comforting person. One can literally share anything with him and he will never judge you for that. His awesome dance moves and great sense of fashion make him the “cool dude” of NSS. A true social butterfly, he is always ready to interact with new people and make friends. With immense positivity and confidence, he shines like a star in the crowd. His heart for service and love for his teammates makes him very special for NSS and we are truly blessed to have this gem.

Rushi!! Like his unique name, he is also a unique person. A person who is cheerful and wise at the same time. He is kind and loves to talk to people, and knows how to get along with people easily. His friendly nature is one of the best traits he has. He loves to drive, and it is sure that he will drive the NSS family to a new level. A person like him who can make you smile, make you happy, and at the same time guide you is one of a kind. He is a person who is always available for you. A great leader who works for the people selflessly no matter what, and this explains his personality in the best way.

She believes in making everything exciting and memorable; her passion for social service is on another level, which is a true inspiration for others to be like her.
Srishti is a very sweet and sorted person who is clear about her thoughts but at the same time never imposes them on other people. She is passionate about exploring nature and absolutely loves to travel. Whenever she goes somewhere she finds peace in just enjoying the environment and living in the present rather than clicking photos. Srishti likes watching movies and reading fantasy novels and she's a studious girl but she also tends to let loose and have fun. Srishti likes to follow rules and breaking them doesn't feel right to her but that's her take on things and she doesn't force it on other people.

Shashank is always motivated in bringing about a change. He is an exemplary leader, for he possesses the unique ability to translate vision into reality. He is calm and also charming in accomplishing tasks as his easy going smile is a natural disarmament against sticky situations. And yes, he takes alot of stress, but he always tries alot to get things done. A fun loving person, you may consider him as a cavern for exposing new ideas. Shashank will always be there to guide you through tough and thin of any important decision, but he would take a lot of ice creams to do that.
To weave his personality into words is to like beyond the parameters of technicalities, speaking him in person, a person of forbearing nature, who’s always committed to his work. As sweet as his name is “Honey”, as sweet you’ll find him, always there for you, let it be for help, no matter if that’s his field of proficiency or not. No one could ever sum up his character in words, because there’s always more about him.

As much as she believes and works towards upholding 'Seva is the new Savage', she is also someone who perfectly blends with the term 'Sweet Savage'. She would be nice to you, she would care for you but if you do dare to hop on to the other side of the facade, be ready to confront her amicable roasts. One can figure out that she is one of the coolest souls on campus who can randomly take you on long drives just to uplift your mood. If you haven't interacted with her yet, do so because once you do, you would want to do it over again. Yes! She carries herself beautifully enough to leave people in awe of her just in the initial meet.

Charismatic, enthusiastic, and joyful are three adjectives that perfectly describe Shashank. You will always find him smiling and being a constant source of entertainment. He is an avid badminton player and a lover of soothing Hindi music with a mesmerising voice. His heart for service is visible in his passion for his work and his ability to effortlessly solve the toughest of problems is absolutely commendable.

Dev is a sweet, nice,persistent,understanding person to whom you can reach out at any time. He might appear reserved initially, but as you’ll get to know him, he is the bubbliest person ever. His level-headed, dynamic and determined mind makes him a good leader. He was the head boy in his school, so the role of an open-minded and decisive leader suits him. He loves to play guitar and is a state level badminton player as well. This all sounds pretty awesome,right ? And to add to the list that makes him likeable, he loves to binge watch web series of any genre, but is not a fan of rom-coms (hopeless romantics, beware!). We present to you this amazing person who is currently heading Project Ankush.

Sahil is the number 1 charm of NSS. Y'all will always see him with a bright smile on his face, trying to keep the calm intact. The way he's trying to cope with the dynamic & daunting environment of college is commendable. His voice is an added bonus for anyone who interacts with him—sweet, melodious baritone dripping with honey. He's a person who loves people around him, and always takes that one extra step to create a safe space for everyone. His wardrobe is literally amazing, you'll see him perfectly dressed all the time, kudos to the patience! Sahil's love and affection for his family as well as NSS family is so adorable. For some people, singing, dancing, reading, writing etc is a stress buster but for our dear Sahil, it's SLEEPING and boom all the stress vanishes. But don't worry he won't sleep during work and conversations. The social support head is indeed a support to the NSS FAM. For as Olaf would say, “Some people are worth melting for”.

To describe Khushi is like taming a fast-flowing river—you just have to let it run its course. Our Social Health Head is anything but ordinary—she’s got a mad hustle and a dope soul. She is one of the most caring & kindest persons you’ll ever meet. Every minute spent with her will be your next best memory. Wherever she goes, rooms seem to orbit around her. To put it simply, she is a SUPERNOVA—blindingly bright and capable of massive things. The most awesome quality about her is that she is like sunshine on a rainy day—the human version of smiles, shine, confetti & unicorns. She is a multi-tasker and can handle a lot of stuff together. So, it won’t be wrong to describe her as being lavished in perfect grace!

With a genial smile and a cheerful personality, Khushi Jaiswal, our very own ”Lakhnavi” girl is the go to person of all the times. Want to vent out? Yes, she is there to lend an ear. Khushi is too picky when it comes to food choices but her boundless love for pastries makes her an even more sweet person!
Giving us a real SRITE vibes with her immense hard work and persistent efforts, she is a social butterfly, NSS being her first love!
From seeing the views during dawn or taking in the aesthetic of the dusk from the front lawns, she spends her entire day amid the red brick castle.
Her stellar music taste being the reason for the best playlists suiting every mood – dull monotonous nights or lo-fi cheerful evenings, she has it all figured out! Our little miss is 'that girl' of NSS.

Our Himachali girl is not only beautiful outside but she is also a beautiful soul inside. Honest and down to earth, always ready to help others. She loves dancing, cooking, and binge-watching shows. The best thing about her is she is always herself, and never tries to be different to fit in and this is the same quality she appreciates in everyone else. One cannot help but love this sweet person after meeting her. There’s an air of freshness around her, only spreading smiles.

Soft but strong, unapologetic but honest, she is ambitious & enthusiastic mixed with a pint of magic. Deepika will always be your guiding light, a star in its truest sense. A girl with an adventurous streak, she wants to explore everything because according to her you only live once. The most treasured lesson you’ll learn from her is how to be a warrior and not a worrier.

Our Editorial Head is a combination of savage & sensitive,with a heart of pure gold. With her short curly hair that reminds us of Princess Merida (from Disney’s Brave) & quirky attitude, she is one of the most hardworking & diligent members. She likes sunsets, pizzas and her puns intended. On most days, you’ll find her vibing to Taylor Swift, watching the latest Netflix documentary or just being the reason people smile by merely existing. She lives by the quote “Hakuna Matata”, so her boundless optimism will make the tough times a lot more bearable. She is wired with energy, as if spring-loaded with positive vibes. Her personality should not be confined because she is so much more like that of a wild spirit!

Akriti is a free-spirited person who desires to live life to the fullest. An introvert at first and crazily weird once comfortable, she is the perfect combination of maturity and childishness. She likes to surround herself with people who don't judge her and can be wild and free with her. She loves listening to songs in her bed when she has no work to do. She would be your go-to person when looking for a partner in crime, an ear to listen to, or just a friend to be there for you. Watch out for her waving you hi on the campus that would be so energetic that it would make you wonder "Why is this girl so happy?" With her sheer determination and consistent hard work, Akriti has already carved a niche for herself in college and has proved that nothing is impossible to achieve.
